Dental floss can reach those spaces in your mouth that a tooth brush just can’t get to.
Get in between your teeth with floss before you brush, so that any food you pull out can be picked up by your tooth brush.
3. Use Mouthwash
While you shouldn’t rely on mouthwash alone, certain mouthwash products are great for killing bacteria.
